Remedy 1
Mix sugar, turmeric, rock salt (1 Teaspoon each) and grind it and mix it together . add lime juice
apply the paste on knee and leave overnight (you may cover with plastic bag and hold it tight with an elastic bandage )
Remedy 2
Mix Sesame oil, mustard oil and ginger powder (i tea spoon each)
massage gently on the knee
Remedy 3
Mix olive oil and apple cider vinegar and massage gently on the knee
Remedy 4 (do not use if local wound)
Mix Coconut oil, cayenne pepper or chilli powder and massage gently
Remedy 5
grind and mix Tulsi (basil leaves) , Turmeric and coconut oil and massage gently
